"I am a small RV dealer located in South Eastern Washington.  I deal with late model coaches, they are bought at auction and sometimes missing items of importance, TV's, VCR, books etc.  I recently purchased a 2000 Scenic Cruiser and it had no books.  I phoned your company and talked with Carl (Technical) and Brian in parts.  Both were very helpful.

The thing I never expected was to receive all the books for this unit or copies of them from you, sent in two different packages.

This is the third Gulf Stream unit I have had in the last year and felt that there is allot of value in all your Motor Coaches.

I have phoned other Coach builders with some request before to be greeted with an OK attitude to sour grapes, but never with the congeniality of Gulf Stream.

Retired once, this is a part time business for me, during the season we Motorhome belonging to three RV clubs, talking and seeing Coaches.

What does the service I received from you do for Gulf Stream?  For me it builds consumer confidence and resale values.  I will be talking Gulf Stream more."

All we can say is we love our new three slide 8378 it has so much room and is so nice.  We got it on 5-24-02 and have been on two weekend trips and cant say enough good things about it. This is our third motorhome and our second new one.  When we retire we want a new 4 slide Quatro. The w22 workhorse is the best.  We took 5 months to make this choice and we looked at every thing and drove several of the brands on the dealers lot even some of the pushers, but the Sun Voyager had them all beat in our price range. The folks at Wheelers RV here in Vegas were very good to deal with.

Re: 1989 Gulf Stream Classic

Hi, We have just purchased a 1989 Gulf Stream Classic, High Rise Motor Home.  We have owned many RVs in the past and cannot get over the workmanship and quality that was put into this RV 14 years ago. We were lucky that she just needed some TLC and Gulf Stream has been wonderful as far as helping us bring her back to her original condition. She was a diamond in the ruff when we bought her and everyone who sees it has offered to buy her from us but she's are baby to use for many years to come. We thank you Gulf Stream for all your quick responses and help in bringing her back to what she once was.
