Re: 2002 Sun Voyager

We have a 2002 Sun Voyager and we love it!  We were at the Rally in Indiana this summer and saw some of the changes in the 2004 Sun Voyager and we decided to order a new 2004.  We wanted to make some changes in the Bedroom area such as two door shirt closets instead of one door.  Also we requested that the drawers under the vanity counter be made wider. We are very grateful to the management of Gulf Stream for approving these changes.
 
I don't know of any other RV company that would have worked with their customer like Gulf Stream did with us.  I would like to thank Dave Middleton and Claude Donati for their help in getting these changes made to our new coach. We would also like to thank Bob Green Sales Rep at General RV for working with the Gulf Stream Management to expedite these changes.

We will definitely tell our camping friends what kind of company Gulf Stream is to work with their customers to keep them happy. We are sold on the product and the workmanship of the Sun Voyager.  We have had other Manufacturers motorhomes in the past and none of them can compare to the quality of the Gulf Stream product!

RE: Scenic Cruiser

We have a 2002  37' 6"  GulfStream Scenic Cruiser which we bought new.  We have 11,000 miles on it now.  We have traveled  to most of the western states and have had lots of fun on it.  My wife simply loves the motorhome.  We had some small shake down problems when it was brand new, which everybody has, but the service department took care of the small problems right away.  Driving a Scenic Cruiser is actually a pleasure.  It is as solid as a rock on the road.  Wind sheer doesn't bother you at all, which I had lots of in another motorhome which I had before. The quality of the interior of a  2002 GulfStream Scenic Cruiser is second to none.  The paint job with its layers of clear coat make it stand out. I have received lots of complements on the looks of my rig.  I recommend the new GulfStream Scenic Cruisers to anybody that is interested on a luxury motorhome.

Thank you, thank you. In march 2004 we purchased a 2004 Sun Voyager and have taken it to the mountains in Arizona every two weeks since. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The ease of handling is nothing like we have experienced before. As a police officer and waitress we love to get away. This is our first motor home and if there is a second one in our future, it will be a Gulf Stream. Please thank your employees for the pride and quality of their work.

RE: BT Cruiser
We purchased our 2004 24' BT Cruiser in August 2003. We have had it out 10 times already, the longest for 13 days, and will be setting out again soon for another 10 day trip. We absolutely love it! It takes our Colorado mountain passes with ease! People ask to see in it all the time, and are very impressed with the completeness of this little motorhome! In our book, Gulfstream builds a fabulous coach - unsurpassed in performance and quality. You can be sure any motorhomes we purchase in the future will be another Gulfstream. 
We purchased our unit from Steve Casey's RV in the Denver area and they have taken very good care of us regarding any item that did need tweaking!

RE: Crescendo
On August 30, 2004, while traveling through Indiana in our 2004 Crescendo motor home, our LP detector malfunctioned. As we entered Nappanee on Route 6, we pulled off the road and called Gulf Stream. The operator indicated most of the Gulf Stream staff was attending a rally in Michigan, and she transferred our call to you. As we were talking with you, Ken King stopped and asked if he could help--he then escorted us to the factory!
You met with us, and in no time our LP detector was replaced. As the electrician was working on the detector, we discussed some warranty items that had not been completed by our dealer. In less than an hour, in addition to the new LP detector, our remaining warranty items were taken care of and we were on our way!
Our sincere thanks to you, Tammy Jerkowski, Shannon Price, Justin Rairigh and Kenny Warden for your excellent customer service. We apologize if we misspelled anyone's name or omitted someone.

RE: Conquest
It was finally a nice day, we winterized the motorhome (an easy job, thanks to the folks at Gulf Stream!) and took a picture! You certainly may use this, and our praise, in any way you see fit! You sure couldn't find much happier customers than us!
