Monday, August 11th

  • 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Arrivals & Registration
    • Settle in, explore the area, and meet fellow attendees.
  • 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Free Time
    • Get settled, enjoy fishing, play outdoor games, or get creative with Cruiser Crafting.
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: "Nosy Neighbors"
    • Informal walking tours to meet other campers, see their trailers, and share gadgets, hacks, and photos. Enjoy snacks, beverages, and conversation.
  • 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Welcome & Rally Agenda Review
  • 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Traditional Amish Dinner at the Pavilion
  • 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: "Cruisers Have Talent"
    • An open mic for songs, stories, and skits during dinner.
  • 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Group Campfires
    • Bring your chair, guitar, and best campfire stories for a cozy evening.

Tuesday, August 12th

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast at the Pavilion
  • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: "Cruiser Corral" & "Cruiser Lab"
    • "Cruiser Corral": See Vintage & Vista Cruisers up close behind the Pavilion. Experts will be on hand to discuss parts, systems, features, and materials. Rotate through "stations" using the trailers as visual aids.
    • "Cruiser Lab": Tour Plant 62, where plant managers will describe production processes, materials, and quality checks using trailers at various stages of completion.
  • 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch at the Pavilion and in the Corral tent
  • 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM: "Cruiser Corral" and "Cruiser Lab" continue
  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Laura Ashley-inspired Vintage Cruiser Presentation
  • 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Happy Hour at the Pavilion
  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Cook-Out at the Pavilion
    • The Gulf Stream Coach team will cook for everyone.
    • "Our Favorite Dessert": Attendees are invited to add their best desserts to our Dessert Table.
  • 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Sock Hop in the Pavilion
    • 50’s/60’s attire is encouraged! A DJ will keep everyone moving and grooving.

Wednesday, August 13th

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast at the Pavilion (Includes a Nappanee Chamber of Commerce Presentation)
  • 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM: "Cruiser College" at the Pavilion
    • Gain useful information on maintenance, upkeep, camping tips, safety, security, and systems from the Gulf Stream Coach team and helpful participants.
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch at the Pavilion and in the Corral tent
    • Port-a-Pit BBQ
  • Rest of the night: Explore Nappanee and Beyond
    • Discover local attractions like Nappanee shops, Amish Acres, McCormick Creek Golf Course, Notre Dame, South Bend White Sox, Shipshewana, Middlebury, and the Heritage Trail.
  • 8:00 PM: Bingo at the Pavilion
    • For those who wish to stay on site.

Thursday, August 14th

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Hike the Grounds
  • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Breakfast at the Pavilion
  • 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: RV Hall of Fame Tour
  • 2:00 PM: Optional camper-led activities
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner and Entertainment at the Pavilion
    • Enjoy an Italian dinner.
  • 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Group Campfires
    • Bring your chair, guitar, and best campfire stories.

Friday, August 15th

  • 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: "One for the Road" Continental Breakfast at the Pavilion
    • Eat in or grab-and-go before heading out.
  • 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: "Pullin' Up Stakes" - Departures
    • Say 'Farewell,' exchange contact information, and share future plans.
