Director of Marketing

Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. A leading producer of award-winning recreational vehicles located in Nappanee, Indiana, is looking to fill the vital role of Director of Marketing. This position is responsible for overseeing and directing all marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain and enhance Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. image and reputation.
  • Oversee the company’s online presence, including website, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and upper management to produce high-quality campaigns.
  • Plan and execute events, such as trade shows, expos, and community events, to showcase our products and develop branding campaigns and analytics.
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure effective product demonstrations and customer interactions.
  • Develop promotional materials and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and returns on investments to ensure marketing efforts are cost-effective.

General Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media.
  • Ability to analyze market data and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Unique understanding of the RV Industry, including its products, target audience, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in digital marketing tools to reach a wider audience and engage with customers online.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, support, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with influencers, RV clubs, and other partners to expand brand’s reach.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets to gain exposure and credibility.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas of improvement.
  • Use insights from data to personalize marketing efforts and improve targeting.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to strategies based on market changes.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising.
  • 7+ years’ marketing, advertising, or graphic design experience.
  • RV marketing experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
