Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. A leading producer of award-winning recreational vehicles located in Nappanee, Indiana, is looking to fill a new role for a Marketing Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials, coordinating events, and assisting in various administrative tasks and support other departments of Gulf Stream Coach. 

General Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing event details and aspects, including dining, seating, guests for trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings.
• Ordering campaign materials for promotional use.
• Developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts.
• Collaborating with sales, product design and development team for promotional marketing campaigns.
• Creating editorial and content creation for various media platforms and websites.
• Monitor and respond to all social media inquiries.
• Create company newsletter and point of purchase materials.
• Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
• 360 photography, take videos of our RV products
• Assist President on different projects as needed.

General Requirements:

• Self-starter – able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
• Experience with digital marketing, including social media & website maintenance.
• Foster relationships with media outlets to gain exposure and credibility.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of 360 photography a must.
• Be flexible and willing to adapt to different market changes.
• Be a team player – will be working with several departments.

Education and Experience:

• 3+ years’ marketing, advertising, or graphic design experience.
• Photography & videography experience.
• Internships or previous work experience in marketing or related fields can be beneficial.
• RV marketing experience a plus.
