Gulf Stream Coach, Inc.  based in Nappanee, Indiana is a leading name in the recreational vehicle (RV) industry, dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative RVs that provide exceptional comfort and adventure for our customers with a legacy spanning several decades is looking for our next Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.

As our next Account Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for collecting payments for goods and services in a timely manner. This position if full-time on-site M-F with preferred hours of 8 to 5.

General Responsibilities:

• Send invoices.
• Collect Payments from customers.
• Record and process payments.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
• Perform collection activities.
• Update and reconcile customer account information.

General Requirements/Experience:

• Must have reliable transportation for completing bank deposits when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritize the workload effectively.
• Accuracy with attention to detail.
• Customer service skills.
• Be dependable with a Positive attitude.
• Proficiency in mathematics and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AS400 and Lawson applications are a plus.

Gulf Stream offers competitive wages depending on experience in the accounting field. Required High School diploma or GED. Preferred 2 years’ experience or an associate’s degree in a related field.
