RV CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. of Nappanee Indiana is currently seeking a qualified Warranty/Customer Service Specialist focusing on our Class C lines in our customer service department. Ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of RV appliances, slide out systems, RV electrical systems, LP gas systems, Plumbing systems and related RV knowledge.

FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting Customers and Dealers in troubleshooting issues with Class C Motorhomes and some towable lines.
  • Communicates with retail customers and dealers about Gulf Stream products.
  • Well-versed in all maintenance and repairs.
  • Dealer support via emails, phone, and warranty claims.
  • Retail support via email and phone calls-may include investigating their claims, assisting with non-dealer authorizations, product spec information, listening to customer concerns (warranty and non-warranty).
  • Warranty claims and authorizations on our website-may include investigating claims, checking for duplicate submissions, registrations, etc.
  • Product reviews.
  • CPI meetings.
  • Social media monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have general repair knowledge of RV processes, specifically Class C Motorhomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong desire to provide extraordinary customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail with detailed record keeping and be quality minded.
  • Must have diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of RV Service Technician experience.
  • Computer experience and phone skills.
