Gulf Stream Coach, Inc.  based in Nappanee, Indiana is a leading name in the recreational vehicle (RV) industry, dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative RVs that provide exceptional comfort and adventure for our customers with a legacy spanning several decades is looking for our next Human Resources Representative to join our team.

As our next Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for Recruiting, Hiring, Benefit Administration and conduct general office duties. This position is a full-time onsite office position. Working Mon- Friday, with Hours of 7am-4pm.We are looking for a team player that has a great attitude and is eager to always learn.

General Responsibilities:

• Recruiting hourly, salary, part time and seasonal employees.
• Hire and conduct new hire orientations.
• Post and maintain job openings.
• Maintain I-9’s/employment files/driver files (MVR’s)/conduct back ground checks
• Assist with benefit enrollments and be able to answer benefit questions.
• Conduct onsite drug screening, serving as back up.
• Run HRIS reports
• Office projects and answer the phone

General Requirements/Experience:

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management
• Experience in Recruiting in the RV Industry,
• Experience with E-verify and compliance.
• Benefit experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
• ADP experience a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)

Gulf Stream Coach offers competitive wages depending on experience in Human Resources. Required High School diploma or GED. Preferred 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or an associate’s degree in a related field.
