Cruisers Rally 2026

The Event

Cruisers Rally 2026 is a five-day, four-night camping experience for owners of Gulf Stream Coach Vintage Cruiser and Vista Cruiser travel trailers. The event will be held on Gulf Stream Coach property in Nappanee, Indiana, from Monday, July 20 through Friday, July 24.

Registration

Registration and payment are required to participate.

Registration opens online April 27 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern at:
https://www.gulfstreamcoach.com/cruiserrallyregistration

Registration will close once the event reaches capacity. Events like this often fill quickly, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

After registering, you will receive an email confirmation. Your campsite reservation will be held pending receipt of payment (see Fees below).

Participation is limited to current owners of Gulf Stream Coach Vintage Cruiser or Vista Cruiser travel trailers.

Children & Pets

Children are welcome, though activities are not specifically tailored to particular age groups. An additional fee applies for more than two occupants per unit (see Fees below).

Pets are welcome. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and all pets must be kept under control. Please use designated grassy areas for walking pets and clean up after them.

Note: Campsites are in full sun. Please take appropriate precautions to protect children and pets from heat.

Arriving

Arrival is scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20. There are no provisions for early or late arrivals, so please plan travel accordingly.

Upon arrival, follow signs to the Registration Tent for check-in.

Before proceeding to your campsite:

• You will have access to a potable water station to fill your fresh water tank
• A dump station will be available across from the Registration Tent

It is recommended you take advantage of both services before moving into the camping area.

Staff will then direct you to your assigned campsite.

Fees

$450 per rig (up to two occupants)
Each additional occupant: $60

Your fee includes:

• 4 nights / 5 days of camping
• One 30-amp electrical hookup per rig
• Access to potable water
• Access to restrooms and showers
• All scheduled informational sessions and presentations
• Event materials and handouts
• All scheduled meals, snacks, beverages, and social events, including:
  • Continental breakfast (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Dinner (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Payment is due within two weeks of registration. Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this confirmation with you to the Rally.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event.

Campsites

Campsites are located in designated gravel parking areas adjacent to Gulf Stream Coach production facilities and Oakland Park.

Each site includes:

• A standard 30-amp electrical connection

Additional details:

• Potable water stations will be available within the camping area
• Campers should bring water containers and a potable water hose
• No sewer hookups are available onsite
• A mobile pump-out service is planned for Thursday

• Informal gatherings with fellow Cruiser owners

Events will take place both in a nearby production building and at the Oakland Park Pavilion, within walking distance of the camping area.
