The Event

The Cruisers Rally 2025 is an overnight camping experience for owners of Gulf Stream Coach Vintage Cruiser and Vista Cruiser travel trailers, being conducted on Gulf Stream Coach property from Monday, August 11th to Friday, August 15th.  Registration and payment of a fee is required to participate.  Registration is being conducted online, at https://www.gulfstreamcoach.com/cruiserrally2025.

Registration

Registration will be offered from 9:00 AM, Monday, April 14th, 2025, until the event reaches capacity.  It is not unusual for events of this type to be fully booked shortly after they are made available, so we encourage those who want to be assured of availability to register as soon as possible.

Your registration request will be acknowledged via email, and a reservation for you  and your rig will be established for you pending receipt of the fees (see below).  Participation is limited to only those people who currently own a Gulf Stream Coach Vintage Cruiser or Vista Cruiser.

What about children?  What about cats and dogs?
While we don’t have activities focusing on children’s ages or interests, they are welcome.  Note there is an extra fee for any more than two people per unit - See the Fees info below.

Cats and dogs are welcome too!  Please keep pets under control when they are outside; leashes are required for dogs.  We suggest you use the the grassy areas and paths in Oakland Park to walk your dog, and please pick up after him/her.

NOTE:
Campsites are in full sun.  Please take proper precautions to make sure your children and pets are safe from extreme temperatures.

Arriving

All arrivals are to be made between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Monday, August 11.  There are no provisions for early or late arrivals, so please make your travel plans accordingly.

Check the Rally web page for directions to the Gulf Stream Coach and the Rally site in Nappanee, Indiana.  Upon approaching the Rally, watch for our Registration Tent to check in.

When you check in, you will be directed to a potable water station near the entrance so you can fill your fresh water tank before you move onto your site.  If you need to dump your grey/black tanks, you will also be directed to a dump facility across the street from the Registration Tent.  It is recommended that you take advantage of both of these services before you move into the camping area.

Registration Staff will direct you to the proper camping area, where you will find your numbered campsite.

The Campsites

Participants will be offered designated campsites in packed gravel parking areas adjacent to Gulf Stream Coach production facilities and the Oakland Park recreation area.  The campsites are being established for Rally attendees and are for temporary use by Rally attendees.  Every site will be provided with a standard 30 Amp circuit for electrical service.  In addition, Gulf Stream Coach will provide potable water stations within the camping areas, so campers can obtain water during their stay.  It’s recommended that campers bring containers and a standard hose designated for potable water.

There are no sewer drains or pump-outs within the camping area, however we’re arranging to have a mobile pump-out service available at the Rally on Thursday.

Agenda

Our Agenda, (subject to minor changes) will be posted on the Cruiser Rally page.  We are planning a combination of product information, camping advice, casual get-togethers, meals, and other activities to make your visit to Gulf Stream Coach productive and fun.  Some events take place in a production building next to the camping area, others are at the Pavilion in Oakland Park, a short walk from the camping area.

Visiting the Area
