For your interest in the Vintage and Vista Cruiser Rally at Gulf Stream Coach, August 11 - 15

We will send you an email to confirm we received your reservation request and that you are on the attendee list.

Once you receive this email, please send the check for the fee (detailed below). Once we get the check, we will confirm your final reservation.

The $375 fee for each rig is due within 14 days of your reservation request.  Send payment for your fees by check payable to 'Gulf Stream Coach' to:

The confirming email will include a Confirmation Number and other useful information.

Note your Confirmation Number and bring a copy of your confirmation with you to the event.  

Fees:

The fee for participating in Cruiser Rally 2025 is $375 per trailer, for up to two people per trailer.  The fee for additional attendees in the same trailer is $60 per person. 

Fees include 4 nights camping, 30 Amp electrical service, access to water, restrooms/showers, all planned events, materials, scheduled meals, and snacks, as described in the "Fees" section of the Cruiser Rally Basic Info page.

Additional Notes:

Participation in the event is limited to Vintage and Vista Cruiser Travel Trailers. 

If your plans change and you are forced to cancel your participation, contact us as soon as possible, so others might be accommodated.  Your fees will be refunded if your cancelation is received more than 7 days before the event begins.
