Gulf Stream Coach Embraces Identity as “America’s Family RV Company”

NAPPANEE, Ind. — Gulf Stream Coach today unveiled a new company logo and introduced its new brand motto, “America’s Family RV Company,” reinforcing the company’s identity as one of the nation’s longest-standing family-owned and family-operated RV manufacturers.

The announcement was made during Gulf Stream Coach’s Innovation Week, where dealers, suppliers and industry partners gathered for an exclusive preview of the company’s newest products and future initiatives.

The new brand identity reflects Gulf Stream’s 55-year commitment to building quality recreational vehicles while remaining proudly independent and focused on serving dealers, customers and employees.

“Our new logo and motto represent more than a fresh look—they represent who we are,” said Gulf Stream Coach President Phil Sarvari. “For 55 years, we’ve remained family-owned, family-operated and committed to putting people before quarterly profits. ‘America’s Family RV Company’ reflects the values that have guided Gulf Stream since the beginning and our commitment to remaining independent for generations to come.”

As part of the day’s announcements, Gulf Stream also introduced the next generation of Shea family leadership with the promotions of Regan Shea and Saylor Shea to expanded leadership roles within the company. The appointments reinforce Gulf Stream’s long-term commitment to remaining family-owned while strengthening the company’s focus on dealer relationships, strategic planning and future growth.

The unveiling of the new brand identity, together with the leadership announcements, marks an important milestone as Gulf Stream Coach continues investing in innovation, quality and the partnerships that have defined the company for more than five decades.

“While our logo has evolved, our mission has not,” Sarvari said. “We’ll continue listening to our dealers, building quality RVs, delivering exceptional value and helping families create lasting memories for years to come.”

Gulf Stream Coach Announces Next Generation of Family Leadership

NAPPANEE, Ind. — Gulf Stream Coach today announced a new chapter in its 55-year history, promoting Regan Shea and Saylor Shea to expanded leadership roles as part of the next generation of Shea family leadership. The appointments reinforce the company’s long-standing commitment to remaining family-owned, family-operated and independent while continuing to invest in innovation, dealer relationships and long-term growth.

The announcements were made during Gulf Stream Coach’s Innovation Week, where dealers from across North America gathered for an exclusive preview of the company’s newest products and future strategic initiatives.

“For 55 years, Gulf Stream Coach has been proudly family-owned, family-operated and fiercely independent,” said Gulf Stream Coach President Phil Sarvari. “That independence gives us the freedom to think long-term instead of quarter-to-quarter. It allows us to make decisions based on what’s right for our dealers, our customers and our employees—not outside shareholders.”

Since its founding by Jim Shea Sr., Gulf Stream Coach has remained committed to the values that have guided the company for more than five decades: integrity, quality, innovation and strong relationships with dealers and customers.

“Everything we do begins with listening,” Sarvari said. “We listen to our dealers. We listen to our customers. We listen to the people building these RVs every day. Then we respond. Our mission has always been straightforward: build the highest-quality RVs we can, deliver exceptional value and stand behind our products.”

As part of the leadership transition, Saylor Shea has been promoted to Director of Strategy and Communications. In her new role, she will centralize company analytics, oversee performance reporting and lead strategic communications efforts across the organization.

She will also have a hand in data-driven product development, a role that springs from her prior work on the design of the popular Laura Ashley-inspired Vintage Cruiser in 2025.

“My role is going to be spending time in our Innovation Lab, using my knowledge of data analytics and design to really start building those products that are unlike anything else on the market,” said Saylor.

By bringing company data and reporting together under a unified strategy, Gulf Stream will strengthen decision-making, improve cross-department communication and gain greater visibility into market trends and business performance. The investment reflects the company’s commitment to becoming an even stronger, smarter and more responsive organization.

“Saylor’s work will help connect information across our company, giving leadership better visibility into what’s happening throughout the business,” Sarvari said. “It will strengthen strategic planning, improve communication between departments and ensure we continue making decisions based on facts, not assumptions.”

The company also announced the promotion of Regan Shea to Director of Dealer Relations, a newly expanded role focused on strengthening Gulf Stream’s partnerships with its dealer network.

“We really stand apart from all of our competition and we have a great opportunity for growth,” said Regan. “I am looking forward to being the boots on the ground with our dealers.”

Working closely with sales teams, product managers and dealers, Regan will help improve communication, identify opportunities more quickly and ensure dealer feedback continues to influence product development and company decisions.

“Our dealers are our partners. Their success is our success,” Sarvari said. “Our goal has always been to be the easiest manufacturer in the industry to do business with. Regan’s leadership will help us continue moving toward that goal while making dealer relationships an even higher priority throughout our organization.”

Sarvari said the promotions combine the experience of Gulf Stream’s long-tenured workforce with the perspective of a new generation of family leadership.

“One of the greatest advantages we have as a company is our people,” he said. “Many of our employees have spent decades here, building quality RVs, solving problems, serving customers and supporting our dealers. By combining that incredible depth of experience with the energy and vision of the next generation of family leadership, we’re building a company that honors its past while preparing for the future.”

The leadership appointments underscore Gulf Stream Coach’s continued investment in quality, innovation and dealer partnerships while ensuring the company remains family-owned and family-operated for generations to come.

“After 55 years, Gulf Stream Coach remains exactly what it has always been—a family company built by people who care deeply about the products we build, the dealers we serve and the customers who trust us with their adventures,” Sarvari said. “The future of Gulf Stream is bright, and we’re excited about where we’re headed together.”

Built for the Long Haul: Gulf Stream Coach Celebrates 43 Years Strong

Gulf Stream Coach is celebrating its 43rd anniversary this week, marking more than four decades in the RV industry as an independent, privately held family company.

Founded in 1983, the northern Indiana manufacturer has grown into a well-known builder of motorhomes and travel trailers recognized for delivering high-quality, high-value products. Today, Gulf Stream builds a wide range of motorhomes and travel trailers sold through a nationwide dealer network serving RV customers across North America. Company leaders say Gulf Stream’s independence allows it to remain responsive to dealers and customers—a philosophy captured in its guiding principle: We listen, we respond.

The anniversary also highlights more than four decades of RV manufacturing in northern Indiana, the center of the North American RV industry. Gulf Stream leaders say the company’s long-tenured workforce and dealer relationships have been key to sustaining that legacy.

As the company marks the milestone, Gulf Stream leadership emphasized the role its nationwide dealer network has played in the company’s growth.

“Our dealers have been essential to Gulf Stream’s success over the past four decades,” said Gulf Stream President Phil Sarvari. “They connect our manufacturing teams with the families who take our RVs on the road, and their support has helped build the Gulf Stream brand across North America.”

“Our focus has always been simple: build quality RVs and support dealers,” Sarvari added.

Company leaders also recognized the dedication of the manufacturing teams who build Gulf Stream products every day.

“Our employees on the production floor are the foundation of this company,” Sarvari said. “Their craftsmanship, pride in their work, and commitment to quality are what make Gulf Stream RVs something families can depend on.”

Throughout its history, Gulf Stream Coach has remained a privately held, debt-free manufacturer. Company leaders say that independence supports long-term relationships with dealer partners while allowing the company to respond quickly to market changes and dealer feedback.

“Dealers represent Gulf Stream Coach with professionalism and pride in their communities,” Sarvari said. “Their teams help customers create memorable travel experiences and lasting family traditions.”

As the company looks ahead, Gulf Stream reaffirmed its commitment to supporting its dealer network with reliable products, strong service, and continued focus on quality and value.

Every Gulf Stream Coach Facility Wins a Quality Circle Award

The Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) recognized the benefits of four years of ‘Continuous Process Improvement’ programs at Gulf Stream Coach, rewarding the people at the company with three Quality Circle Awards at the recent RVX Convention in Salt Lake City.

The Quality Circle Award is the industry’s highest honor

The Quality Circle Award is the industry’s most prestigious recognition for RV manufacturers, and is based on confidential surveys of RVDA Dealer/Members. The surveys measure manufacturers in four key areas: Product Quality, Customer Service, Parts, and Sales Expertise.

Award honors three Gulf Stream plants and eight brands

Quality Circle Award winners are the highest-rated manufacturers in the RV industry. That makes the Gulf Stream feat of three wins in the current year even more impressive. The triple-crown win included the BT Cruiser and Conquest Class C from the Gulf Stream Motor Home plant. RVDA also honored the Vintage Cruiser and Vista Cruiser, built by the Lightweight Division. Finally, the Ameri-Lite, Conquest, Innsbruck, and Kingsport brands assembled at the huge main line plant also won an award.

Gulf Stream Coach people make the difference

Company President Phil Sarvari made it clear that the success of Gulf Stream Coach can be traced directly to the the people who work there. “We are gratified by the success of the quality programs and process controls in place at Gulf Stream Coach. That said, award winning RV’s aren’t built by programs; they are built by people – People who take pride in their work and are committed to quality.”
